Booking terms

• The payment you make now confirms your time slot and is deducted from the total price of the tattoo.
• The balance is paid at the studio on the day of the session.
• You can cancel up to 72 hours before your appointment: we refund 100% of what you paid, minus the payment gateway fee. After those 72 hours, or if you cancel the same day as your appointment, there is no refund.
• You have the right to reschedule your appointment once at no cost, letting us know before midnight (Chile time) of the day of your appointment.
• Before getting tattooed you sign an informed consent form. If you are under 18, you must come with your mother, father or guardian.
